Brief Introduction:

Plastic Corrugated Gauze Structured Packing

         Specification: JINTAI Plastic Corrugated Gauze Structured Packing is made of PP or PA thread (line). It has good chemical stability, good corrosion resistance and light of 120 kg/m3. It’s made into cylinder of 150-250 mm. The cylinder can fill section of towers. The working temperature should not be over 80 ℃ (centigrade).

Application:

        Suitable for the absorption process under normal temperature and pressure 0.1 – 100 KPa, and for the reflux recycle of little spray, eg. exhaust gas cleansing. Usually, it’s used in water, acids, alkali solvent to absorb NH3, HCl and SO2 under low temperature (below 80 centigrade). And it can absorb the solvent infiltrations in the water, such as acetone, methanol, ethanol, formaldehyde, etc. It can be sued for absorbing the chemicals with very bad smell, such as amine, mercaptan, etc.

Plastic Corrugated Plate Structured Packing

          The Plastic Corrugated Plate Structured Packing has the advantages of light weight, big flow, low drop pressure, big specific surface, easy change, etc. It’s able to endure 100 centigrade if it’s made of PP. And it’s able to endure 150 centigrade if it’s made of PVDF. The plastic plate can be perforated to increase the transfer efficiency.

Application:

       This packing is widely used in the operation of absorption and decomposing absorption units, it’s especially used in the production procedure of heavy liquid loading and high operative pressure, such as hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sulphuric acid (H2SO4) production, deaerating CO2 and H2S from natural gas, drying chlorine, making ammonia liquid, waste gases purification and decomposing absorption deaeration apparatus.

PVC oblique Plate Corrugated Structured Packing

          This packing has the advantages of high temperature resistance, little resistance, strong rigidity, easy installation, etc. It’s a good packing for cooling towers.
